Brief introduction of wood pellet production line:

1.Wood pellet production line is used for processing wood log or sawdust into wood pellet, with wide applicable;
2.Processing: Raw Material Chippin → Wood Crushing → Drying → Wood Sawdust Pelletizing → Pellet Cooling → Final Pellet Packing
3.Production capacity: Popular capacity is from 0.3ton/hour-5tons/hour. Other capacity can also be customized.
4. Super quality: Material thickness of main equipment is 2mm thicker than feed machinery standard, and the weight is 20% heavier than standard feed machinery;

Wood Pellet Production Line Flow Chart:

1) Log chipping system:
The main machine is wood chipper. Chip the log into small size using wood chippers, normally the size shall be 1cm-3cm, in order to reduce the subsequent operation load of the crusher.
2) Wood crushing system:
The main machine is hammer mill. The hammer mill is the core machine, and there are also many other sets of auxiliary equipments of the whole crushing system. There is no dust emissions during the crushing process. After crushing, the crushed wood sawdust will be transfered to the next system by negative pressure equipment. Generally the discharging sawdust size is about 3mm-4mm.
3) Wood drying system:
The main machine is special wood sawdust dryer. Three layers drum dryer, specially used for wood sawdust, with advantages of small occupation, high drying efficiency, small heat loss, and the internal heat exchange rate is more than 90% in the dryer. Besides, it is automatic feeding using pneumatic conveying equipment, no labor needed, reducing the manpower cost. After drying, the wood moisture is about 13-18%.
4) Wood pelletizing system:
The main machine is wood sawdust pellet machine, high efficient pellet machine, automatic lubrication of the machine, with automatic cooling of the gear oil. The pellet machine can be used in wide range of raw materials, for biomass granule extrusion, the wood pellet moisture is about 10-13%, the temperature is 70-80°.
5) Cooling system:
The main machine is the cooler, reducing the pellet temperature and decrease the pellet moisture. After cooling, the pellet temperature can be 10-20°higher than the room temperature, and the cooling pellet moisture is around 7-8%.
6) Packaging system:
The main machine is packing scale. after screening, the final product will go into theautomatic packing scale, the packaging scale can be adjustable, ranges from 10kg/bag to 100kg/bag. The advantages of the packaging scale is: high precision, within + / - 0.2% error, fast packaging speed, about 5-8 minutes/bag. If you choose the double bucket packaging scale, the packing speed can be even faster, about 8-12 minutes/bag. After weighing, the final pellet product can be packed by ordinary sewing machine or heat sealing sewing machine, there will be no leak, and it's convenient for storage and transportation.
