Working Process of 1-2t/h Wood Pellet Production Line:

1. Raw Materials Preparation: Wood pellets can be made from sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips or wood logs, forestry wastes or biomass straws, stalks, etc.
2. Wood Crushing System: Crushing machine is used for crushing the larger materials into smaller one. Wood crusher is ideal equipment for crushing raw materials like wood logs with diameter less than 200mm; If the material diameter is less than 50mm, wood hammer mill is the best choice. The best thickness of the wood chip is less 5mm. After crushing, the output material size can reach 3-5mm, which is suitable for further processing to get dried and pelletized.
3. Drying System: The best moisture content for pelletizing is about 11-17%. So before pelletizing, a drying machine is needed to make the moisture content of the material reach the required standard.
4. Wood Pelletizing System: Pellet machine is the significant part of the wood pellet production line, and should have reliable and stable performance. Its capacity ranges from 1T to 10T/Hour. You can choose horizontal ring die pellet mill or vertical die pellet mill depend on your capacity requirements.
5. Wood Pellet Cooling System: After pelletizing, the temperature of wood pellets is between 60-80 degrees, and the moisture content is close to 15%. A cooler is needed to reduce the wood pellet temperature and the moisture content, which can make the wood pellets easy to store.
6. Wood Pellet Packaging System: Our automatic wood pellet weighing and packing system adopt PLC control, with high weighing accuracy and easy operation.
