If your raw material is wood logs, disc wood chipper is your best choice.
Wood shipper can process raw and fresh wood with size less than 200mm(diameter).After crushing,the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further pelleting.

Introduction of disc wood chipper:

1. Disc wood chipper is composed of machine body, knife chipping part,chips re-crushing part and sieving part, ect.
2. Disc wood chipper combines chipping and crushing in one machine, which can make sawdust within one time, so there is no need to use wood crusher for processing of wood log.
3. Raw Materials used for Disc wood chipper: wood logs, branches and twigs with moisture more than 15%.
4. Applied range: paper-making factory, chipboard factory, fiber board factory and wood chip production base.
5. Length of the wood chips can be adjusted freely in the defined limits.
