Chicken Feed Production Line Processing Technology:

Raw Material → Feed Grinding → Feed Mixing → Feed Pelletizing → Pellet Cooling → Pellet Crushing → Screening & Grading → Pellet Packing

1. It consists of the cleaning system, crushing system, mixing system, pelletizing system, cooling and packing system.
2. Firstly, receiving the raw materials and cleaning the impurities, then crushing the raw materials into powder; After that using mixer to mix the crushed feed, the material go through the feeder from which the material can flow into the pellet machine at the best speed to ensure the full load working of the pellet machine. Then the softened and steamed material go through the ring die to be made into pellet, we can adjust the ring die to get different pellets sizes. Finally the pellets will be cooling and packaging.
